The Company
Redvenom Pty Ltd is a 3rd party warehousing and logistics company providing storage and distribution solutions for a range of products and suppliers. The company is based in Bibra Lake, Perth enabling us to effectively distribute to not only the Perth Metro area, but also some WA Regional areas.
When choosing to Warehouse your products with us, you can be safe in the knowledge that the company has proven and ongoing longevity due the staff’s ability to adapt to the changing needs of the storage and logistics industry- and most importantly to our clients changing needs.
The company itself has been catering to the needs of it’s suppliers for over 20 years with its core staff having been with the company for a minimum of 5 years. These core staff have brought with them a wealth of expertise based around both the warehousing and retail industries – hence we understand the need to deliver excellence throughout the supply chain.

Redvenom is a one stop business for those looking to freight their goods into WA. We’re proud to offer end-to-end warehouse and transport services for shipping containers to Perth. Our 3PL container transport service consists of collecting shipping containers full of goods from the rail and transporting it to our secure warehouse facility for storage and distribution. We also offer a direct container service for those looking for a solution with non-inventoried goods.
About Us
The Warehouse:
Our warehouse is located inside a fully secure complex. Along with security fences, and surveillance cameras, the gates are locked outside our normal working hours, requiring a swipe card to gain access. All visitors are required to report to the office upon arrival.
At present we have 8,000+ meters of warehouse floor space. The warehouse can be racked to suit your requirements, or be left un-racked depending on your needs. This is something we would discuss upon application, so we can ensure we tailor our storage space to suit your specific products.
Redvenom are happy to offer both inventoried & non-inventoried warehouse and distribution services.

We also have an excellent rapport with local couriers and transport companies thus ensuring that we can help provide you a transport solution across the state.

Why Choose Our Company
The Operation Process:
The operation at Redvenom Pty Ltd is designed to keep the handling of stock to a minimum, therefore ensuring your stock travels from us to the store in the best possible condition.
Once you have chosen to warehouse with Redvenom, the first step is for us to obtain a product listing (codes, descriptions, units per carton and if required the cubic meterage of each item) for all items you wish for us to warehouse on your behalf. It is best if the codes and descriptions provided are reflected on both your packing lists, and on your invoices to ensure accuracy across the supply chain. This information would then be immediately uploaded into our system.
Upon receipt of your goods into our warehouse (whether it be via container or delivery truck) items are unloaded and checked for any container /transit damages. We then notify you of exactly what is received via a Goods Inwards Confirmation, and will also advise at this time if there are any issues with the stock received-i.e. water damage from container, damaged packaging from transit etc. For any issues such as these we will also supply photographic evidence for you. Our Goods Inward Confirmation also shows advice of any over/under supplies. Please note all containers are dehired immediately after unload.
Once the stock has been receipted to our warehouse, and you have provided us with Invoices/ Pick Slips authorising us to despatch stock, we would then key the stock out of our system via a Picking Slip-which will also act as your Proof of Delivery. This document is signed upon the store receiving the item in good condition, and will be scanned and emailed to you electronically on a daily basis.

At Redvenom Pty Ltd we understand the importance of keeping track of your stock, so to enable for us to provide you with up to date information regarding your stock, we are utilising a Datapel warehouse management solution. Datapel is a Perth based company that has been providing warehouse management and inventory control systems since 2002. Their committed staff were able to provide us with a specifically designed system, that ensures we can cater to our ever changing client’s needs.
As our business changes and progresses, we have the ability to work with the team at Datapel to diversify our system to ensure we can adapt to our clients changing needs. We have the reporting capabilities to provide our clients with both PDF and Excel reports for the below – just to name a few:
